Tervetuloa OLO ry:n sääntömääräiseen syyskokoukseen maanantaina 27.11. Klo 17.00! Kokous järjestetään yliopistolla tilassa PR101.  
 
Kokouksessa mm. esitellään toimintasuunnitelma sekä talousarvio vuodelle 2024 sekä valitaan tulevan toimikauden hallituksen jäsenet sekä puheenjohtaja. Kokouksessa päätetään myös OLOn edustajat Kaski ry:n hallitukseen vuodelle 2024. Asettuaksesi ehdolle ja ollaksesi äänivaltainen kokouksessa, sinun tulee olla OLO:n jäsen.  
 
Mikäli et jostain syystä pääse osallistumaan kokoukseen ja olet kiinnostunut joko OLO:n tai Kaskin hallitukseen hakemisesta, voit ilmaista kiinnostuksesi ja toimittaa hakemuksen osoitteeseen olo@student.oulu.fi. Hakemus voi olla joko kirjallinen tai maksimissaan yhden minuutin kestävä video. Lähetetty hakemus esitetään kokouksessa. Hakiessasi, sinun ei tarvitse vielä tietää mihin pestiin haluaisit hallituksessa hakea (ei koske puheenjohtajaksi hakemista), joten riittää kun ilmaiset kiinnostuksesi.  
 
Olet tervetullut kokoukseen seuraamaan, äänestämään, asettumaan ehdolle tai vaikka nauttimaan kokoustarjoiluista!

Welcome to OLO ry's annual autumn meeting on Monday 27.11. at 17:00! The meeting will be held at the university in room PR101. 

 

At the meeting, e.g. the action plan and budget for 2024 will be presented, and the members of the board and the chairperson will be elected for the coming term.

 

The meeting will also decide the representatives of OLO to the board of Kaski ry for 2024. To apply to the board and be able to vote at the meeting, you must be a member of OLO. 

 

If for some reason you can not attend the meeting and you are interested in applying to the board of either OLO or Kaski, you can express your interest and send the application to olo@student.oulu.fi. The application can be either written or a maximum of one minute long video. The submitted application will be presented at the meeting. When you apply, you don't have to know what position you would like to apply for board (chairperson is an exception), so it is enough to express your interest. 

 

You are welcome to the meeting either to follow, vote, propose or enjoy the meeting refreshments!
